Upgrade XP Pro to Vista Ultimate

I recently bought a cd that has the title “Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade”. I have Windows XP Pro installed now. Is this cd all I need to get Vista Ultimate or will I need a full version (not an upgrade)?
