Upgrading a cpu from fsb 200 to fsb 266

Hello,
I wish to upgrade the processor on my socket A motherboard from its present duron 900mhz to an athlon 1.4ghz. My motherboard is rated fsb 200 and the processor is a fsb 266 one. Will the new 1.4ghz fsb 266 processor work on a motherboard rated fsb 200. Thanks in advance.
