I am about to upgrade my Asus G75VW Series Notebook – memory, video, HDD, & CPU.
I was hoping you guys could make some recommendations. My current configuration is as follows:
Motherboard- Asus G75VW Series Notebook
CPU Type: Mobile QuadCore Intel Core i7-3630QM, 3300 MHz (33 x 100)
Memory: 16(4×4) GB : Samsung M471B5273DH0-CK0 4 GB DDR3-1600 DDR3 SDRAM
Graphics Processor Properties
Video Adapter- nVIDIA GeForce GTX 670M (3 GB) (Asus)
GPU Code Name- GF114M
PCI Device- 10DE-1213 / 1043-2119 (Rev A1)
Drive 1- SSD- (C Drive, Win 8.1) – LITEONIT LAT-256M3S (238 GB)
Drive 2- HDD- HGST HTS721010A9E630 (931 GB)
I would like to double the memory (4 x 8GB for 32GB) preferably faster as well
The latest CPU that will fit my i7 socket.
Definitely a better GPU (this one is dying and was never great to begin with).
Upgrade SSD to 512GB & HDD to 3 or 4TB
&
Any of your recommendations, advice, or expertise would be greatly appreciated.
