Upgrading from Windows XP to Windows Server 2K3

Our company is looking into upgrading our current OS’s from Window XP sp2 to Windows Server 2k3 Standard Edition. I would like to know if there will be any issues that should be addressed prior to upgrading (or migrating in some circles).
