Upgrading Memory

We have two older PCs that can use a memory upgrade. What information do I need to know to get the right memory? One is a P133 with 4 memory slots and two are filled for 32MB. The other is a P233 with 3 memory slots and two are filled for 64MB. Neither PC is a brand name. Thank you
