Upgrading my video card – what to buy?

Hello,
Right now I have a 32mb Nvidia AGP video card and I would like to upgrade to a 64mb AGP card. I am not sure if the ATI is better or if I should get another Nvidia. I would like the Ti version and not the MX and would also like to spend around $100. Does anyone have any recommendations? Is there a website that reviews cards and has customer reviews also?
