Upgrading NT4 Servers to W2K Servers

I am unfamilar of what questions to ask to determine which of our 12 servers, (2x333MHz P CPUs, 64MB RAM, dual NICs, dual power supplies and 6GB HDDs), might need more system resources. What are 4 essential questions I should ask? I know it is notrecommended to leave them at the minimum hardware requirements.
