Upgrading Print Server

I am planning to upgade a print server on our network. The print server is a old 166 pentium runing NT 4.0. The new box will also be tunning NT 4.0. Need to know it their is any software or method for me to move the, printer ports, IP Addresses, Printer names, drivers and print permissions from the old box to the new without making any change on the old Print Server.
