Upgrading Windows 2000 server installed with certification authority

Hi Friends,

In my company, certification authority(CA)is installed on windows server 2000.Its need to upgrade to windows server 2003.Anyhow we backup CA and registry settings, what is other precautions we should take and impact of doing this. Please inform me,if anyone knows solution about this
