Upgrading Windows XP Pro

I was upgrading OS from Win 98SE to Win XP Pro, and the middle of the process it stopped and rebooted. During rebooting it stopped on blue screen with an error message: Unmounted_Boot_Volume.

What I need to do to fix this problem?
