URL will not work in Outlook 2003

I just recently encountered this problem, where a link to a store I buy from on a regular basis won’t work. I click on it and nothing happens. I have tried to remove any spyware, adware, etc. Ran a virus scan & still nothing. Any ideas on why this is happening?
