I think it’s sort of funny how one little observation or question can sprout a huge discussion. For example, I saw a note this morning about the post count for TR. It starts out simple, but then mutates into a discussion of avatars and 404s.

First Example.

Or even better: the user who wanted to know how to use one monitor and keyboard with two computers. The first reply about using a KVM switch seemed to fit the bill, but soon there were subdiscussions about the difference between a CAT5 lead and a crossover cable, along with all sorts of questions about networking the two computers.

Anybody else find this interesting?
