US Robotics 5461 w/ Print Server Problem?

I have a desktop w/ Windows vista and a Laptop w/ windows XP. I also have a USR 5461 router and I am having problems printing using the print server.

The printer is a Canon MP730 and when it is connected to the desktop, it will print, but when I connect it to the print server on the router, only the laptop will print and the desktop will return back a “failue to print” when I try to print.

I have contacted USR and they are saying it is a Windows Vista problem?

I have downloaded the new Canon/Vista drivers for my printer and still nothing happens. It will show up as “Ready” and it show up on my network as a printer, but still nothing will print, can someone please help me understand and fix this problem.
