USB 2.0 and Windows Server 2003 Incompatablitiy Issue

I was curious if anyone has had any incompatabilitiy issues with USB devices and Windows Server 2003. I have a Dell 1907FP monitor with built in USB 2.0 Hub. I have had no issues with it working on Windows 2000 or XP but I cannot get it to recognize the device in Windows Server 2003. Any similar experiences?
