USB Alerts through SNMP

Hey,

Can anyone help me out in SNMP alerts. I have a network of 200+ and i have to give USB access to all users. it is currently disabled on every user to protect the network against spyware, malwares and virus.

i think SNMP can generated Alerts/trap on the server if USB is plugged on the workstation. So that we can have a log of users using USB.

Do SNMP have the capability to do this?? Do we need any specific software and also tell me can MIB generate alerts of this sort
