USB Audio Passthrough to Stereo Cable

I have just purchase a Crosley USB turntable for cheap and am shocked to find that it has no Audio output except a USB B connector for connection to a computer.

My question is this:

Is there a piece of hardware out there that would allow the audio from the turntable to sort of pass through it and then out to a stero/rca connector, negating the need to connect to a computer?
