USB benchmarking utility?

Is there a benchmark utility that determines the speed of USB ports? The reason I ask is that I am about to upgrade my USB ports from 1.0 to 2.0 with a PCI USB 2.0 card. I would like to be sure that my system (partitioned into win xp pro & win 98se) recognises the new USB ports as being 2.0.
