USB drive not opening on double click

Yesterday i tried to open my USB drive by double clicking, but i was not able to do it. Then i have opened it by right click and selecting open option it.

I thought i might be virus problem but my all other drives are working fine.

Then i thought it might be autorun.inf problem, and i have deleted autorun.inf file from my USB drive, still i am not able to solve the problem

I feel that the problem might be related to registry

can anyone help me.
