I hope someone can help with this problem. One of the Credit Union computers we have will boot into Windows and the user can login just fine with the keyboard. After the user logs in, the keyboard stops working. We have tried reinstalling the keyboard, using different keyboards, both usb and ps2 with no luck. The keyboard will work on other profiles. The user can remote into the problem pc through VNC and can use the remote computer to access their profile on the problem computer. The problem seems to be with their profile only. Has anyone else had or heard of theis problem?
