usb not getting detected in any devices

hai everyone, i have a problem, can any one help me,i have a 1gb transend usb pen dive intially my usb flash drive was working, but now it is not detectg, it happend when i installed in a particular 2003 os system, due to some virus it is been disabled and not geting dected in any system, how can i troubleshoot it.
