USB PORTS FUBAR

Hello all,

i have a bit of a problem with one of my companys laptops, a dell Latitude D800. The usb ports on the right hand side have all stoped working.

Does anyone have any ideas.

(Just to let you all know – I have been told not to reimage or start fresh as there is critical information that cannot be moved.)

Again any ideas will be greatly appricated.
