USB Ports on computer

I have a HP Computer that the built in USB Ports do not show up either in the device manager,My Computer or the control panel. I have tried to use the ports and they do not work. The computer is a HP Media Center PC m7640N. Do you people have any suggestions how to bring back my USB Ports?
