Use Different “Reply To” Address on Blackberry

I have a client that doesn’t want mail sent to his regular company account, sent to his blackberry. I setup a secondary email account for him in Exchange to sync with his blackberry using Small Business Server 2003 w/Blackberry Small Business Enterprise Server. Is there anyway to make it when he sends a message from his blackberry, the reply to address will show as his normal company account?
