Use of Physical and Virtaual PC on smae desktop

Due to operational requirement we are using Physical and Virtual PC on the same desktop. The physical environment is connected to client’s network through smart card. The virtual network is connected to company network using RSA Token frequently it is observerd that there are frequest disturbances with Network for Virtaul PC. The problem faced 1) connectivity Issue 2) packet Drop are quite frequent. Appreciate if I can get a advice to resolve the issue.

For virtual Environment we are using MS virtual PC.
