Use this checklist to thoroughly verify job skills and resume claims

I download and printed out this checklist, and some things really bother me concerning this. Especially relating to items 3, 8, 9, and 11. Is all this testing really necessary? Seems like if a candidate went through schools, and colleges, and got certifications haven’t they been tested enough. This seems like a complete waste of time and money based upon some other businesses scientific research to make more money off of companies to test individuals further. What are your thoughts? Enough with the testing already!
