Useful tools for automatically removing malware

I recently found a scanner that was made or not made by Panda, but apparently uses their engine.

I was able to run this on some badly infected machines in safe mode and it took care of a good 95% of the spyware.

What tools do all of you use to keep life simple when doing malware removal?

It needs a username and password to update, something you can find all over the web and as a last resort, you can register for a trial with Panda and they’ll give you one.
