user authentication problem in AD

I’ve deleted a temp user from active directory, but the user can still logon if she disconnect the network cable and waits until the profile loads. Then she puts the net cable back and she can start using the pc.

I deleted the profile manually on that computer thinking that the profile was cached. But still no luck.

Any suggestions? How do i force users to authenticate to the domain controller?
