user can’t browse network

I have one user, who cannot browse the network on one machine. if she goes to any other machine, she can. if anyone else uses her computer, they can see the network. She IS logged in to the network, because her home path is displayed, and the logon script runs, she just can’t browse. the problem is, she can’t run a program from one of the servers because she can’t see that server. thanks for any help
