User has 2 Win2k install on machine.

What is the best method for uninstalling a 2nd Windows 2000 Pro install. I have a user whose C: drive install was corrupted so he installed a new copy using the CD and it went on his D: drive. All his backup info is on that drive as well and he’s freaked. Thanks.
