user login problem in Win2003SBS domain

hi,
i am facing a problem and that is when user want to login in the domain then they are displayed that “unable to login in domain” and they cann’t login.just for a trick we remove our network chord and login then they logged in..but thats not a solution..please provide me the solution and let me know the problem cause..
