We recently purchased a Sonic Wall Firewall / Router for Internet content filtering and useage reporting. The main problem i’m having is that the reports that Sonic Wall gives us are based on Machine Name and not user name. Some of the machines are shared by more than one user as in the case of emergency services since they work 24X7. Can anyone suggest a product that might help me match up the user login with the machine name and time so I can use the reports to better understand who it was that went to certain websites or for how long a person is surfing while on the job. I used to use CyBlock by Wavecrest Technologies with Proxy Server 2.0 and that did a super job at reporting and content filtering. Our network is a Windows 2000 Client Server setup.
