user logoff quickly after logon

we are facing some issue with user, when we click to login on user its logoff immediatly. We have clean virus useing Quick Heal, also try last good known option, issue is same in Safe mode,we don’t want to repair win xp sp2 b’cus some software which had installed can’t get reinstall or its very costly to do so.

please gives solution w/o repair option
