User Logon Script – Server Logon

I’m in need of a script, if it exists, that informs me via email everytime a user on our domain has logged onto a server providing the user name, date and time. I believe blat may work but the scripts I have are not working properly. Does anyone know of very light program or have a script that works? thank you for your support.
