user permishens

I have a network with 5 w2k clients and 1 win 2000 adv server my kids also use the network and i had them loggingon as users but a number of games (installed to a network share on the server require administrator privliges to run.
now ide prefer that they did not have that level of rights is there any way i can give them the power to run these games without giving them full administrator privleges using active directory or somthing.
