User that doesn’t start services on Servers

Hello all,, I remote desktop to alot of servers we have here but all of the servers are running apps that services start up at login I was thinking of setting up a user on the domain that I can set up on all my servers and set it not to start any services when that user login so I can remote desktop to each of the servers with out interfearing with any processes or services running or is there a better way to go about this problem…..
