User Using Company PC for Own Web Updating

I have a user on active directory Server 2003 using a XP workstation to build his own company website. I’m wondering what tool to use that I can have documentation for time spent and what was being worked on. We are a software developer company so I need to be careful to have actual trustworthy information.
