User with Remote Workplace access permission cannot access Remote Workplace

Hi,

Recently I found out that one of my SBS users have problems accessing the remote workplace. The server is comming up with incorrect password or incoorect permission error. The user has the correct permission and I reseted the password. What’s going on? This particular user had no trouble accessing this service couple of weeks ago. I can’t solve the problem please help
