I have user on a Win2k PC that uses Extra! TE s/w (via Netware SAA gateway) to access personnel information. Everytime she goes into a session and let’s it sit idle for 30 -45 minutes the session times out with the error code XProg 728. She’s forcedto close the app and launch it again. We’ve reinstalled the TE s/w, swapped PCs, checked NIC settings, moved the network cable to a diffrent port, modified the timeout setting to “999” in the application, blown away her local & network profile. Her application settings are identical to the other dozen or so users in her department that aren’t experiencing this problem. We even set up her terminal ID on anther PC, but it didn’t time out there. Our regional datacenter helpdesk has been consulted but they’re just as stumped as I am… Any ideas?
