Users Rights on NETWARE 4.11

we are using Novell Netware 4.11 i login to this server from WIn 95 machine using Novell Client32 .

i took an Admin Login & created some users using NWADMIN Utility & also i assigned the rights on Folders , Files & Volumes.

I have 4 Volumes on this Server. VOL1 , Vol2 VOl3 & Vol4.

for user TOM i have given Full access to VOL1 & VOL2 & for Vol3 he has access only to one folder.
for VOL4 i have denied access.
But when TOM logs into server from his machine he is able to browse all the Volumes & he is able to see all the folders in VOL3, where he is supposed to see only one folder.

Whatz happening with the rights i created ?? whatz the soultion ??
