Using 2 Microsoft Server Email Accounts

Hi I am using 2 microsoft server email accounts one each from my parent comany and the client I work with – Currently I need to either log of from one to access the other or use web interface ofr 1 which makes moving to personal folders difficult – On XP and Office 2003- Any interface/suggestons that can help
