Using 98se to dial into Xp Pro machine

I am trying to connect two of my computers together. I want to connect the first computer which is running 98se to the second computer which is running windows xp pro using dial up. Both computers are physically next to each other. Can anyone please give me detailed instructions on how to do this. My goal is to be able to share files, play games and to share the internet. Any help would be much appreciated. Thx
