Using AT command!.

We installed a firewall and stopped few services like w/s,svr,netbios helper,and few others for security reasons.Now I need to run Seagate backup and I couldn’t because it’s asking for those services that I disabled to be installed again.So I decided to use MS backup and run the AT command.
Could anyone tell me what is the right command to use if I want to backup C:\& D:from Monday thru Friday at 11:00pm?Thx for any help.
