Using Citrix Java client with Cisco SSL Web VPN

I am running Cisco SSL VPN terminating on a Cisco 3005 concentrator running v4.7 software. Once the VPN secure desktop is running, I would like to then run Citrix Java client and connect to a number of hosted applications.

I can get all this working when using the Cisco (IPSEC) VPN client, but need to be able to also get things working with SSL.

Whilst, I have read a number of articles stating that this configuration works, I have been unable to get it working.

Has anyone had any success doing this?
If so please could you share your experience on how you achieved this.
