Using free downloads from TechRepublic

I downloaded the Quick Reference: Microsoft Outlook PDF file from TechRepublic via a link sent to me from TechRepublic. Is it legal for me to print this up and give it to end users or do I have to purchase something somewhere? I work at a Oxford College of Emory in Georgia.
