Using laptop via bluetooth as a headset for cell phone

Basically, I am wanting to convince my cellphone that my bluetooth on the laptop is my headset, allowing me to record interviews. Does anybody have a program to do this? The cell phone companies are as much help as a popsicle in the Arctic.
