Using “NET TIME” is a script

I want to use the NET TIME command in a script to sync the local NT workstation PC’s with their respective NT servers. However, I’m having a problem with user rights. It doesn’t seem to be working. Hmm? Any ideas?
NET TIME \\SERVER /S /Y How close am I?
