using outlook 2003 to transfer emails in a XP workgroup

Dears, I”m using 4-5 PCs connected in a work group with out a server. how can I use OUTLOOK 2003 to send/receive emails among these pcs without need to install an exchange server?
I would like to have off line email sending feature too.
