Using two network cards on Windows 2003 Server

I think I saw a article a few years back that discussed how to bind one netbios name to two network cards on the same server machine. I would like to bring the second network card on the server online to double the bandwidth for server file request, is this possible and am I thinking correctly that this can be done.
