Using W2K3

We are planning migrate our NT4 based domain to Windows 2003 with Active Directory. Anyone have had “bad” experiences doing this kind of migration? Is W2K3 working fine with mixed (NTLM and Activer DIrectory) environments? Every information about this will be interesting for us.
