VB Code to capture video

I am developing an application for my company’s HR in VB6. I would like to enable them to take an employee’s snapshot through any cheap digital camera.

Ideally I would like to have a preview window and a ‘Take Snapshot’ button on the form, and then save the image to disk automatically, without having them to specify the name or location of the file, or having them use a third party software.

Any suggestions are welcome.
